International Accreditation New Zealand (IANZ) is an independent body that audits the technical abilities of a business to ensure they meet IEC/ISO 17025 standard (previously IANZ 25).
This audit scrutinizes the following:
- The quality system put in place to carryout the prescribed technical work and how well it works
- All other systems that are used to carryout and complete the technical work
- The competence of the personnel who carryout the technical work
Greaves calibration services have been IANZ accredited since 1999. We can issue IANZ accredited calibration certificates for the following types of testing:
- 5.44 - Pressure calibrations from 0 to 700 bar
- 5.61 - Temperature calibrations from -20 degrees Centigrade to 180 degrees Centigrade. Electrical measurements 0 to 300Volts AC and DC. 0 to 3 Ampere AC and DC. 0 to 30 Meg Ohms resistance.
- 5.63 - Enclosures calibration from -20 degrees Centigrade to 180 degrees Centigrade (Ovens, Baths, Incubators, Refrigerators and Freezers, Conditioning rooms and cabinets, Autoclaves)
To maintain accreditation, the business must have at least one IANZ accredited signatory who can authorize the release of test results and reports. The management at Greaves have chosen to have seven (7) accredited signatories reinforcing our commitment to provide the highest quality of service to our clients. All seven signatories have been audited by IANZ and found to be competent to carryout the prescribed technical work and release results and reports associated with that work.
