Fault finding and repair of domestic appliances, industrial equipment, lighting, and cabling. We have technicians who are competent in fault finding and repairing electrical, automation and instrumentation installations and systems.

Designing

Installation

Low and High voltage equipment and associated cabling, house wiring, commercial building wiring, HVAC units, PLC and associated wiring, instruments and associated impulse lines, junction boxes and cabling, data networks, cameras, AVD audio visual equipment.

Commissioning

Low and High voltage equipment, automation equipment, measurement and control equipment.

Maintenance

Of electrical, networks, automation, and instrumentation equipment. Water quality analysis, chemical dosing and chemical analysis instruments. Hazardous area inspections, testing and inspection of electrical equipment.

Appliance Testing

Carryout tests on appliances, cables, cords and other electrical equipment to ensure they are in good condition and safe for their intended use. These tests are done to comply with the AS/NZ 3760 standard for testing. A sticker is placed on all items tested with the test date and any other relevant information that the client requires/requests.

Calibration

Of instruments used for measurement and control of process variables like pressure, temperature, flow, level, pH, oxygen, ammonia, turbidity, conductivity etc.

We can issue IANZ accredited calibration certificates for the following types of testing:

• 5.44 - Pressure calibrations from 0 to 700 bar
  
• 5.61 - Temperature calibrations from -20 degrees Centigrade to 180 degrees Centigrade. Electrical measurements 0 to 300Volts AC and DC. 0 to 3 Ampere AC and DC. 0 to 30 Meg Ohms resistance.
  
• 5.63 - Enclosures calibration from -20 degrees Centigrade to 180 degrees Centigrade (Ovens, Baths, Incubators, Refrigerators and Freezers, Conditioning rooms and cabinets, Autoclaves)

We can calibrate and issue traceable calibration certificates for:

• Magnetic flow meters from 1 inch to 6 inches in size
  
• Flow Totalizers
  
• Weight of contents in any big Vessel or container (This is done by filling the vessel or container with a measured quantity of water in litres and calculating the weight mathematically)

We have a portable flow rig (see photo on right) that can be taken to the client's site to carryout the above calibrations if required.

We have data loggers that can log measured values for a range of applications and time durations.

We have over sixty (60) items of precision test gear, worth over NZ$150,000. This gives us the flexibility of carrying out routine jobs, multiple site jobs and plant shutdown work all at the same time.
